Brighten You Smile on the Fast Track
Your teeth are in great shape, but your smile just isn’t as striking as it could be. Years of coffee, tea, or red wine have taken their toll, or perhaps you are on medications that affect the whiteness of your smile.
At Stow Dental Group, we think everyone should be able to get the smile they want. With today’s whitening technology, having your teeth professionally whitened is an affordable and effective way to brighten your smile, boost your self-confidence and feel more satisfied with your overall appearance.
The teeth whitening method we use in our Stow dental office is Opalescence® Xtra Boost Whitening System. This in-office whitening procedure usually takes a short amount of time to complete, depending on the extent of tooth discoloration you have and the whitening results you want.
To begin the whitening procedure, your gums and lips will be protected, and the starting shade of your teeth will be recorded. Then, the dentist applies the whitening gel to the front of your teeth, where it will remain for between 10 to 15 minutes. Next, one of our dentists will remove that application of gel using suction only, then rinse your teeth with water and dry them. This process can be repeated up to 5 times.
